This picture is a good example of what I mean when I say 75% of the job done. Every project is different, but good comunication and making sure that you are in the same page at all times, is key to achieve a happy customer. As a contractor, I'm always upfront.

I do everything including the crown molding.
In this picture you can see that above the shower the ceiling has a smooth finish, and the rest of the ceiling was an existing texture that I had to match.
All the painting was done by me and my daughter. I paint with brush and roller, and I don't use masking tape. (Masking Taping is for rookies!)
Let me tell you a bit about my work experience: I started working as a painter helper, then I became a journeyman painter. After that, I started working as a carpenter helper, and became a journeyman carpenter. That is what I did before I got my General Contractor license. As long as it is residential I can do it, but good part of my experience was acquired in the commercial sector.
